FEATURES
Protects internal layers'separation (bulged tyres)
BEST T.P.S. will stop the inner layers separation and eliminate proceeding to further destruction of the tire. If it is installed precautionally, no separation will occur.
Eliminates and Protects air leakages from tyre and rim bead
BEST T.P.S. will seal immediately air leakages from the tyre's bead. Especially to damaged rims due to scrub or old rusted rims. BEST T.P.S. doesn't affect the metal parts of the rim and stops rust expansion.
Leakage protection in all internal pores
BEST T.P.S. will seal all internal pores on the entire inner surface, including the side walls.
Pores can be found in all tires and create leaks, especially in those of cheap construction.
Creates Permanent Patches created by penetrating items up to 12mm
BEST T.P.S. spreads evenly inside the tyre while the machine is moving. As a result, it covers the whole internal area constantly, creating Patches, automatically.
Protects from o-ring's air leakages
BEST T.P.S. will seal immediately the air leakage on the O-ring’s area without any further maintenance. Any leftovers show the damaged area.
Protects from leakages even on the valve stem, without blocking the core
BEST T.P.S. will seal air leakages all over the stem but will not affect the core or the TPMS system.
ABOUT US
BEST Tyre protection Systems International was founded in 2002 and currently is based in Attica, Greece. After spending two years of product development between universities of Athens, London and Dusseldorf, the company has created a resin which can sustain rubber crumbs and fibres in a homogenized solution, formulated as liquid rubber.

In 2006 the company bought its new offices in Nea Makri Attica, Greece.

In 2008 the company bought the land and building of the factory in Piraeus, Greece. The strategic selection of the location of the factory nearby the port of Piraeus was proven to be highly helpful for the company’s export business orientation. The space of the factory come to 500 m2 , extendable to another 1500 m2, give enough space for our production.

In 2011 the company founded BEST South Africa, in Durban South Africa to cover the continuously increasing demand of BEST T.P.S® in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Early 2012 the company founded BEST T.P.S. Global Ltd, in Ras Al
Khaimah Free Zone, to manage international trading of its products.
With an in-house research and development department and outsourced independent testing laboratory we can guarantee best quality for our products.
After a significant investment in new equipment in 2011 and completely renovating three production lines, the capacity of the factory has reached to 2800 Kg per 8 hours shift.
By this capacity the company can provide to the market a 20” container every three days.

Patch Strenght
Best Tyre Protection Systems International, in order to prove the creation of patches and their strenght, conducted an experiment under the supervision of an independent partner of SGS, the Greek division of the International Suisse Company Societe General de Surveillance. -
